The two-day tournament featured eight prominent estates in Ibadan and was organized by Gate Africa Technology, which oversees access control, management, and payment processing for estates across Africa.

In the third-place match, Goshen Estate triumphed over Aerodrome Estate with a score of 3-1, securing the final podium position.

Egbeleke Usman from Goshen Estate received the tournament’s most valuable player award, while Jolayemi Michael was recognized as the best goalkeeper.

Tunde Buremo, CEO of Gate Africa, commended the participating teams for their discipline and teamwork throughout the tournament.

“This tournament has highlighted the importance of collaboration and sportsmanship. At Gate Africa, we are committed to promoting community development, and this competition will become an annual event aimed at encouraging sports growth at the estate level. We value the feedback from the estates and will incorporate more sports in future editions,” he stated.

Adeniyi Lawal, the lead organizer of the Gate Africa Estate Cup, emphasized Gate Africa’s role as a premier solution for estate management, particularly in access control and payments in the Oyo State capital.

Idris Animashaun, Chairman of the Local Organising Committee and Director of 3SCFansTV, expressed satisfaction with the initiative’s success.

“This initiative promotes local cooperation through sports and enhances the sporting environment in Ibadan. It’s exhilarating to witness the ongoing development of sports in our city,” he remarked.
