A woman has ignited an online debate after publicly accusing popular internet personality GehGeh of portraying a fake lifestyle on social media following a chance encounter on a domestic flight.

In a video that quickly went viral, the woman alleged that despite GehGeh’s frequent displays of wealth online, he was seen traveling with a budget airline, which she described as “very cheap.”

Speaking on the flight, she said, “Everybody is living a fake life on social media. Guess who is on this flight with me? GehGeh. Let me show you the airline, XE Jet. Very cheap airline. I’m not hiding it, ₦125,000. GehGeh that says he has houses and everything is the one riding cheap airlines. Everybody is fake.”

She further emphasized that peace of mind matters more than appearances and encouraged people not to be pressured by what they see online.
