Nollywood Star Jide Awobona Reveals His Biggest Fear About Kissing Scenes

According to Ireporter Online, the actor shared his thoughts during an interview with Yanga FM, where he explained that while romantic scenes are sometimes required as part of his profession, personal hygiene remains an important factor during such moments.

Awobona disclosed that he once had to film a kissing scene with an actress whose mouth odour made the experience uncomfortable for him.

The actor explained that the situation made him uneasy and raised concerns about potential health implications, adding that he had to clean his mouth immediately after the scene because he felt uncomfortable.

He noted that actors should pay more attention to personal hygiene before taking part in intimate scenes on movie sets, as poor preparation could affect their colleagues.

Speaking about the experience, Awobona said he had participated in kissing scenes before but becomes uncomfortable when a co-star fails to maintain proper hygiene.

He added that such situations leave him hoping that no health issues arise from the encounter.
