Bwala pointed out discrepancies in EFCC Chairman Ola Olukoyede’s recent interview, suggesting a disproportionate application of principles. He highlighted Olukoyede’s offer for Bello to visit the EFCC office through the back door for an interview, which he deemed unfair and contrary to the principle of equality before the law.

Moreover, Bwala questioned the EFCC’s zeal to arrest Bello, emphasizing similar cases where preliminary indictments were issued without immediate arrests. He cited the case of the suspended Humanitarian Minister, noting the absence of drama despite allegations against her.
