On Tuesday, INTERPOL updated its official website with Red Notices, indicating that these individuals are sought by law enforcement in multiple countries for crimes committed within their jurisdictions.

The list includes names such as Felix Omoregie, Jessica Edosomwan, Jude Uzoma, Uche Egbue, Chinedu Ezeunara, Benedict Okoro, Ikechukwu Obidiozor, and Alachi Stanley.

According to the notice, Belgian authorities are searching for Omoregie, who is allegedly the leader of a criminal organization that exploits children for prostitution. The charges against him include human trafficking for sexual exploitation and leading a criminal organization.

The notice revealed that French authorities are seeking Edosomwan for trafficking multiple victims, while the Venezuelan government is pursuing Ezeunara on suspicion of drug trafficking. Additionally, the Uruguayan government has also issued a notice for Ezeunara for similar charges, and Nicaraguan authorities are looking for Okoro connected to organized crime. Argentinean officials are in search of Egbue for alleged drug trafficking offenses.

Further investigations into INTERPOL’s alerts indicate that Obidiozor, Vitus, and Stanley are wanted in Angola for suspected kidnapping, robbery, and illegal firearm possession.

In separate cases, Canada is seeking Nkem for alleged sexual assault and failure to comply with bail conditions, China has issued a request for Salif related to drug smuggling, and Denmark is pursuing Eze for human trafficking charges.

Costa is wanted by India for criminal conspiracy and forgery-related offenses, while Okromi is sought for criminal conspiracy and fraud.

INTERPOL clarified that the purpose of these notices is to inform the public about potential threats and to solicit help in locating specific individuals. They emphasized that a Red Notice is a request for law enforcement to locate and temporarily detain a person pending legal action but does not constitute an international arrest warrant. Member nations are tasked with determining their legal response.
