FCT: Multiple Fatalities As Trailer Rams Into Vehicles On Nyanya-Keffi Road

A tragic accident on Thursday evening claimed several lives and left many others injured along the Kugbo Hill axis near Karu Bridge on the busy Nyanya-Keffi-Abuja highway.

The crash occurred when a trailer reportedly experienced brake failure and ploughed into more than six vehicles, resulting in a devastating chain collision.

The incident has led to heavy traffic congestion on the critical route, causing hardship for commuters and residents.

Authorities are yet to provide an official casualty figure, but eyewitnesses at the scene described the accident as “horrific,” with emergency responders racing to evacuate the injured to nearby hospitals.
