The creative entrepreneur revealed through a social media post that she welcomed her baby on August 8, 2025, the same year she turned 40. She noted that the milestone marked the fulfilment of a long personal journey and the beginning of a new chapter defined by gratitude and reflection.

Osiberu shared that motherhood has profoundly reshaped her outlook on life, calling it the most humbling and defining journey she has ever embarked upon. She expressed appreciation to God for guidance, mercy and unwavering love throughout the process, adding that she feels deeply cherished and favoured.

The filmmaker also disclosed her child’s name, Moraraoluwa Jaiyeoba, while offering heartfelt prayers for the baby’s future, asking for divine protection, wisdom, peace and favour as the child grows.

Jade Osiberu is widely regarded as one of Nollywood’s leading creative forces and is the founder of Greoh Studios. Her body of work includes acclaimed titles such as Isoken, Brotherhood and Gangs of Lagos, which marked her directorial debut in feature filmmaking.
