Before December” — Jarvis Reveals When Peller’s ₦400m Mansion Will Be Ready

Nigerian content creator Jarvis has revealed that the ₦400 million mansion reportedly gifted to her husband, popular TikToker Peller, by real estate businessman King Ochacho is yet to be completed.

According to reports, Jarvis made the disclosure during a livestream with Peller while discussing the state of the property.

The mansion was reportedly presented to the couple by King Ochacho on August 1, 2026, during their traditional wedding ceremony in Lagos.

During the livestream, Jarvis stated that the building was still far from completion and cautioned against creating excessive expectations about when it would be ready.

“I’m trying to explain things to you. It’s better to look at it that way so that you won’t be over expectant,” she said.

Peller, however, disagreed with her assessment and maintained that the mansion would be completed before the end of the year.

According to the content creator, the remaining work on the property includes finishing touches such as painting and roofing.

The exchange between the couple has attracted attention online, particularly because of the reported value of the property and the circumstances surrounding its presentation to them during their wedding.

The development comes weeks after the reported gift from King Ochacho, which was presented as a major wedding gift to the couple.
