Rivers State High Court Announces Easter Break Dates
The Chief Judge of Rivers State, Justice Simeon Chibuzor-Amadi, has declared that the State High Court will observe its Easter vacation from March 28th to April 12th, 2024……READ ALSO Gunmen Fatally Shoot Printer In Rivers State
This decision, according to Justice Chibuzor-Amadi, is in accordance with the provisions of Order 49, Rule 4b of the High Court Civil Procedure Rules.
During this period, a designated ‘vacation judge’ will be available to handle urgent applications and matters, as emphasized by the Chief Registrar, David Ihua-Maduenyi of the Rivers State High Court.
- Normal court proceedings are scheduled to resume on Monday, April 15th, 2024, following the conclusion of the Easter break.
