Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, representing Kogi Central Senatorial District, has condemned her suspension from the Senate, calling it unjust and a violation of natural justice, fairness, and equity……..READ MORE
The Senate suspended Akpoti-Uduaghan for six months following a recommendation from its Committee on Ethics, Code of Conduct, and Public Petitions. Her salaries and allowances were also suspended.
In response, she stated on her Facebook page that the suspension would not deter her from serving her constituents, affirming that she remains a duly elected senator and will continue her duties until 2027 and beyond.
