Controversial Nigerian relationship coach Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, has spoken out following her recent announcement about the end of her relationship with businessman Ikechukwu Ogbonna, also known as IVD.

According to Ireporter Online, the social media personality had earlier caused a stir with her post announcing the breakup, which quickly went viral and drew mixed reactions from followers. However, addressing the backlash, Blessing CEO revealed that her announcement was not genuine but a deliberate attempt to “test her touch of controversy.”

In her words, “I was losing my touch of controversy. Decided to test it again. I still got the magic. No be Blessingceo again. Boo boo for life. They love bad news ooooooo. Wedding loading.”

Her statement reignited conversations about her penchant for publicity stunts and social media drama.

Meanwhile, Blessing CEO also took a swipe at reality TV star Phyna over her ongoing clash with activist VeryDarkMan (VDM). In a video message posted on Sunday, the self-styled therapist expressed sympathy for Phyna’s recent loss but condemned her handling of the dispute with VDM, which she described as an act of “ingratitude.”

She advised Phyna to exercise restraint and emotional maturity, emphasizing that public figures must remain cautious during difficult moments. “Phyna, I am sorry for the loss of your sister, but I need you to grab some lessons. Do not let your anger take the better part of you,” Blessing CEO cautioned.

She further argued that Phyna could have sought help from other well-known activists such as Harrison, Daddy Freeze, or Brekete instead of turning her sister’s health challenge into what she described as “online content.”

Blessing CEO concluded by urging the Big Brother Naija winner to show gratitude to those who have once supported her, saying, “Activists are human beings too. When people are ungrateful, it kills your energy. Gratitude has a way of standing you tall.”
