The singer, in a candid message shared on his social media platform, stressed that meaningful progress will only come when citizens take deliberate, practical steps toward addressing the issues confronting the nation.

In his words, “NO JESUS, NO ALLAH, NO PRAYER IS SAVING US. NOTHING CHANGES UNTIL WE WAKE TF UP ,” a statement that has continued to draw extensive reactions across the public space.

His comments emerged amid rising outrage over recent violent incidents, including a deadly attack on a church in Kwara State and the abduction of several schoolgirls in Kebbi. Influential figures such as Don Jazzy, Davido, Falz, and Mr Macaroni have also called on the authorities to take swift, decisive action to safeguard citizens.

At the same time, singer Yemi Alade rejected suggestions for foreign intervention, insisting that African nations must take responsibility for solving their own security problems rather than depending on external forces.
