Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Tiwa Savage has disclosed that she has chosen to freeze her eggs as a precautionary measure for potential future children. The singer shared that although she welcomed her first child at the age of 34, she now advocates for women in their 30s to consider egg freezing as a way to preserve their fertility.

In a recent interview, Tiwa Savage expressed regret for not having taken the step earlier but emphasized the importance of having reproductive options later in life. Tiwa Savage, who had her first child with her former husband Teebillz in 2015, highlighted the emotional and financial stability she had at the time, which contributed to her decision. She is now encouraging other women to be proactive about their fertility choices by considering egg freezing.
