“’If You Leave Her, We Go Fight’ – Do2dtun Speaks Out On Peter Okoye Controversy”

According to Ireporter Online, Nigerian media personality Oladotun Ojuolape Kayode, widely known as Do2dtun, has publicly responded to rape allegations levelled against singer Paul Okoye, also known as Rude Boy. The matter erupted after an X user identified as Ayomide Agboola accused the artist of raping his house-help and forcing his wife to leave. In a subsequent post, the accuser said the musician vowed to pursue legal action to ensure the woman is brought before the courts.
The allegations quickly circulated online, prompting Do2dtun to address Rude Boy directly on X. In a forceful message, he warned that the singer must not ignore the claims, arguing that failing to answer such serious accusations would create a dangerous precedent. Do2dtun urged accountability and said he would not stand by if the matter were left unaddressed, recalling his own experience with a false rape accusation in 2006 and describing the emotional toll that episode took on him.
Do2dtun stressed the harm caused by unchallenged allegations and the difficulty of defending one’s reputation when unproven claims are circulated with confidence. His intervention has intensified public debate around the case and renewed calls on social media for transparency and legal scrutiny.
