Tacha In Tears As She Revisits Her Humble Beginnings In Port Harcourt

According to reports from Ireporter Online, former Big Brother Naija “Pepper Dem” star, Natasha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, was moved to tears during a nostalgic visit to her former one-room apartment in Nkpor, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

The reality TV personality, who has since risen to fame and fortune, revisited the modest compound where her journey began, surrounded by several occupants. In a now-viral video circulating online, Tacha was seen walking through the familiar streets of her old neighbourhood, warmly welcomed by residents who expressed excitement at seeing her again.

She was captured exchanging pleasantries with elderly locals and playfully interacting with children in the area. During the emotional visit, Tacha also reunited with her former hairstylist from her early years, who proudly introduced her to her now-grown daughter.

In a related development, Tacha recently addressed Nigerians in a viral video, urging them not to place all their frustrations on President Bola Tinubu while ignoring other tiers of leadership. She highlighted the recent disbursement of ₦2.2 trillion by the Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) to federal, state, and local governments, noting that funds exist but are often mismanaged by those in charge.

Tacha lamented that many citizens do not even know their local government chairmen, yet expect the president alone to fix the nation’s problems. She emphasized that holding governors, lawmakers, and council chairmen accountable would drive real progress and transparency across the country.
