Exposed Eranomigho’s Public Shame of Extortionist Leaks: APC’s Link and Matters Arising
In a shocking turn of events, the self-proclaimed “Tiger & The Lion Combine,” MegaComrade Clement Eranomigho Edegbe, finds himself at the center of a raging storm in his home state of Edo.
This prison warder from America, who claims to be a security operative, has been caught red-handed engaging in a persistent campaign of online intimidation and extortion, specifically targeting political aspirants for his own financial gain…
Eranomigho, who brazenly declares himself the father of modern cultists in Edo State, has faced a torrent of criticism from outraged citizens. They accuse him of peddling false representations online to bully and extract money from unsuspecting followers whom they label as gullible.
Recently, Eranomigho, who suffered defeat in his bid for a House of Assembly ticket under the APC in Edo State, has resorted to blackmailing the party. He audaciously claims to have provided the party with a meager sum of 1 million Naira and 1 thousand Naira to support their legal battles in various courts.
In recent weeks, the internet has been ablaze with Eranomigho’s live programs, where he recklessly tarnishes the reputations of numerous APC and PDP politicians. Among his outlandish claims is that he was a major sponsor of the APC and that Obaseki, the current governor, is worse than a killer, alleging that Obaseki once threatened his life during his time in Benin.
Unsurprisingly, Eranomigho’s vitriolic diatribes have provoked a deluge of backlash. Callers and concerned individuals have tirelessly debunked the fabrications he repeatedly spews about these aspirants and the party.
Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, Clem Agba, Philip Shaibu, and most recently E.J. Agbonayinma have all been recent targets of Eranomigho’s attacks. People from all walks of life have come forward to criticise Eranomigho, claiming that he is nothing more than a lowlife peasant who lives off of meagre wages from menial jobs in the United States and uses his online platform to launch irrational attacks on politicians while posing as a humanitarian.
One astute caller boldly pointed out that Eranomigho, who struggles to express himself coherently in English, is merely a tool employed by desperate politicians to tarnish the image of others.
According to this caller, Eranomigho’s deceitful tactics have been laid bare by various influencers from Edo State residing in Europe, America, and the United Kingdom. They urge him to retire with dignity, expressing their disappointment that he has resorted to blackmailing people solely to enrich himself.
Allegations have also emerged that Eranomigho used similar tactics to target Chief Hon Billy Osawaru and the aforementioned individuals, all in a bid to gain their attention and extort money from them.
The caller revealed that before Eranomigho returned to Nigeria to participate in last year’s primaries, he solicited funds online, allegedly amassing over $28,000 through a GoFundMe account.
Thinking himself clever, Eranomigho reached out to the leadership of the APC in the state, pledging to support their court cases against the PDP and Godwin Obaseki by donating a grand total of one million and one thousand Naira.
Upon his return, he allegedly visited the APC state chairman, naively assuming that his donation would secure him a ticket to run for a seat in the House of Assembly. Clearly, he failed to comprehend that the party operates on democratic principles, and every aspirant must earn their popularity through the electoral process.
His last-place finish in the primaries was a bitter pill to swallow.
Raising funds online for fraudulent purposes, such as misrepresenting causes or misusing funds, carries severe consequences. It can lead to legal repercussions, erode trust from potential donors, harm genuine causes, inflict personal and financial damage on victims, and expose unwitting donors to potential risks.
With his integrity in tatters and his dubious actions under the media spotlight, it remains to be seen how MegaComrade Clement Eranomigho Edegbe can redeem himself and clear his name of these grave allegations leveled against him.
As the case continues to dominate the media space, it is evident that Eranomigho’s credibility hangs in the balance, and the internet’s verdict is far from forgiving.
