I’m Not The First Man To Cheat,” MC Fish Opens Up On His Failed Marriage To Anita Joseph
According to Ireporter Online, Nigerian hype man MC Fish, the estranged husband of Nollywood actress Anita Joseph, has addressed the cheating allegations linked to the collapse of their marriage, insisting that he is not the first man to be unfaithful in a relationship.
Speaking during an interview on the Echo Room, MC Fish reacted to questions surrounding reports of infidelity during his marriage, maintaining that there is no lingering hostility between him and the actress despite their separation.
He explained that he spent about five years in marriage with Anita Joseph, adding that they also shared earlier years together before officially tying the knot. He further stressed that their relationship ended on peaceful terms.
“There is no enmity between us. I am not the first man to cheat. I was married for five years and have been with that woman for two years,” he said.
Recall that Anita Joseph confirmed the end of her marriage in December last year after weeks of speculation. In her public statement, she spoke about experiencing emotional pain and embracing healing, growth, faith, and acceptance as she moved forward, while clearly affirming that the marriage had ended.
The couple got married on February 14, 2020, in a ceremony that drew significant public attention at the time.
