I Did Not Have Any Accident” — Ruth Kadiri Raises Alarm Over Death Rumour

Nollywood actress Ruth Kadiri has dismissed reports claiming that she died or was involved in an accident, assuring fans and members of the public that she is alive and safe.

According to Ireporter Online, Kadiri addressed the false reports through her Instagram page after discovering that several social media accounts were allegedly being used to circulate claims about her death.

The actress said she woke up to find that about seven or eight newly created accounts were sharing content suggesting that a tragic incident had occurred involving her.

Kadiri urged her followers and anyone who comes across the posts to report the accounts responsible for spreading the information rather than engaging with the claims or attempting to debunk them.

“Hey guys, please note that I am alive. I did not have any accident and I am safe,” the actress said.

She expressed concern over what she described as a deliberate attempt to spread false information about her and appealed to her followers to help flag the accounts.

Kadiri said the operators of the accounts were allegedly aware that nothing had happened to her but proceeded to circulate the reports regardless.

She urged her followers to simply use the reporting option on the social media platform whenever they encounter such posts.

“Just please, I beg you in the name of God, help me report the page. Just one click, one report, that’s all I require from you. Don’t even bother trying to debunk the news, just report the page,” she added.

The actress thanked her followers for their support and urged them to remain vigilant against social media accounts spreading unverified information about public figures.
