Kween Melissa Serves As Judge At ‘Little Mr & Miss Africa Nigeria’

On-Air Personality, A&R executive and music marketing strategist Ugochi Melissa Nnamdi, popularly known as Kween Melissa, has served as one of the judges at the 2026 edition of the Little Mr & Miss Africa Nigeria pageant.

According to Ireporter Online, the grand finale, themed ‘Dynasty of Young Royals’, was held on August 29 at the Lagos Oriental Hotel, Lagos, bringing together young contestants to celebrate African culture, confidence, creativity and talent.

Kween Melissa, an award-winning media personality and host of the Evening Show on Spice 102.9 FM, was among the distinguished personalities selected to assess the young contestants during the competition.

Her participation further highlights her growing involvement in talent discovery and development, areas that complement her career in broadcasting, music marketing and artist development.

Melissa is also the founder of Lucid Promotions, where she focuses on music marketing and talent development. Her experience in identifying, nurturing and promoting emerging talents contributed to her selection as part of the judging panel.

The pageant was organised to provide children with a platform to showcase their abilities, build confidence and embrace their African heritage. The event also featured cultural presentations and activities designed to encourage creativity and self-expression among the participants.

The 2026 edition received backing from Classic Kids Care as its headline sponsor, with the organisers describing the partnership as part of efforts to promote the wellbeing, confidence and overall development of African children.//
