Fresh Details Emerge As UNIBEN Management Reacts To Killing Of Final Year Student
The University of Benin (UNIBEN) Management has condemned the brutal murder of a final-year student at the institution.
A gunman is said to have killed the student, whose real name is withheld but who is fondly known as Mayor, in one of the residence halls.

According to a statement issued by the Vice Chancellor’s office, Prof. Lilian Salami, students should remain calm because security agencies are working hard to find the gunman and bring him to justice.
She assured the students and their parents that campus security would make sure such incidents did not happen again.
