According to Bureau De Change (BDC) sources, the black market players in Lagos buy a dollar for N1210 and sell it at N1215 on Monday, January 1, 2024.

It’s important to note that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not acknowledge the parallel market (black market) and has directed individuals seeking to engage in Forex transactions to approach their respective banks.
