Speaking on Arise News, Mark expressed frustration over Anyanwu’s continuous legal maneuvers, describing them as a “wild goose chase” aimed at prolonging his stay in office.

“No politician has taken the judiciary for a ride like Anyanwu. Every court he has approached has ruled against him, yet he refuses to comply,” Mark said.

He criticized Anyanwu’s repeated appeals for a stay of execution after losing at the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Federal High Court, noting that even the Supreme Court was now involved.

“For me, this is the height of abuse of court process. You don’t seek a stay of execution on a declaratory judgment. His lawyers should know better, but either they are misleading him, or he refuses to listen,” Mark added.

He warned that Anyanwu’s actions were exposing the judiciary to ridicule and setting a dangerous precedent.
