The National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Felix Morka, has appealed to Nigerians to remain patient with the administration of President Bola Tinubu, insisting that the government is laying the foundation for long-term economic recovery and growth.

Speaking during an appearance on TVC News’ This Morning with Uncle Yori, Morka maintained that the current administration is focused on stabilising both the micro and macro-economic sectors of the country. He argued that recent economic reforms introduced by the government were beginning to yield positive results, particularly in restoring investor confidence and reducing economic instability.

According to reports monitored by Ireporter Online, the APC spokesman noted that economic stability remains critical to improving the living conditions of ordinary Nigerians. He explained that the government’s emphasis on strengthening macro-economic policies would eventually translate into relief for citizens battling rising living costs and other economic challenges.

Morka stated that investors are becoming more confident in Nigeria’s economy because the value of their investments can now be better preserved amid improving economic stability. He added that while many Nigerians continue to complain about the high cost of food and essential commodities, the government believes sustainable economic recovery can only be achieved through consistent adherence to sound economic policies.

The APC chieftain further stressed that economic transformation is not an overnight process, describing economics as a discipline governed by principles and timelines that must be respected. He said President Tinubu was implementing the right policies and only needed more time for the reforms to fully mature and deliver broader benefits to Nigerians.

Morka also reaffirmed his unwavering support for the president, insisting that the administration had already begun a positive process of rebuilding the nation’s economy and deserved continued public support and patience.
