Latest Dollar To Naira Exchange Rate For June 27, 2026
According to market information obtained by Ireporter Online from Bureau De Change (BDC) operators in Lagos, the naira traded at ₦1,402 per dollar for selling and ₦1,391 per dollar for buying at the parallel market, popularly known as the black market or Aboki FX, on Friday, June 26, 2026.
The figures indicate the prevailing exchange rates in the informal foreign exchange market, where many Nigerians source foreign currencies outside the official banking system. However, exchange rates in the parallel market are subject to fluctuations and may vary across locations and individual dealers.
Meanwhile, data from the official foreign exchange market showed that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) exchange rate ranged between a high of ₦1,385 per dollar and a low of ₦1,376 per dollar.
The apex bank has consistently maintained that it does not recognize transactions conducted in the parallel market, urging individuals and businesses seeking foreign exchange to access forex through authorized financial institutions and commercial banks.
Market participants are also advised that actual buying and selling rates may differ from published figures due to changing market conditions, demand, supply, and location.
