Daughter of Late Justice Moses Abu Bello Petitions IGP Over Alleged Illegal Sale of Properties

Ann Eniyamire Bello, the daughter of the late Justice Moses Abu Bello, has petitioned the Inspector General of Police, Kayode Egbetokun, over the alleged illegal sale and conversion of her father’s properties. The petition accuses these individuals of conspiring to sell properties left behind by Justice Moses Abu Bello, including JAB Luxury Homes, contrary to the stipulations of his will dated December 12, 2007. The will required all beneficiaries to undergo a DNA test before claiming their inheritance. However, it is alleged that some individuals, including Ann’s stepmother and half-brothers, ignored this requirement and proceeded to sell the properties.

Ann Bello is now seeking the arrest and prosecution of the accused individuals for criminal breach of trust, cheating, and criminal conversion of her father’s properties.
