JUST IN: Peter Obi In Court For Ruling On BVAS Inspection Case (VIDEO)
Peter Obi, the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate in the February 25 elections, has arrived in Abuja to observe the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) case involving his party and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
The Court of Appeal in Abuja is set to rule on INEC’s request to be allowed to reconfigure the BVAS used for the presidential election.

A three-member panel led by Justice Joseph Ikyegh will also rule on the application filed by the Labour Party (LP) and its candidate, Mistee Peter Obi, to conduct a physical inspection of all BVAS used in the election.
