Love Can Be Tough’ – Sabinus Reflects On Peller’s Painful Breakup With Jarvis
Nigerian comedian and skitmaker Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu, popularly known as Sabinus, has come to the defense of TikTok personality Peller following his highly publicized breakup with fellow influencer Jarvis in December 2025.
According to reports, Peller had previously been involved in a deliberate car accident in the aftermath of threats from Jarvis, leading to his hospitalization and subsequent arrest under traffic laws.
During a TikTok livestream on January 1, 2026, Peller clarified that he and Jarvis remain friends and appealed to social media users to avoid online harassment. He also disclosed that he had apologized to Jarvis’ family, who had forgiven him, though his ex-girlfriend requested some personal space.
Speaking in a live session with Sandra Benede, Sabinus urged Nigerians to show understanding and compassion toward Peller. He recounted similar experiences in his own life, noting that love can drive even successful individuals to make regrettable decisions. “Jarvis has finished Peller. I have been in Peller’s situation before. Love is a bad thing. I gifted a girl a Range Rover because of love, so nobody should blame Peller,” he said.
