Oregbeni Residents Erupts In Joy As Bill For The Establishment Of Federal University of Agriculture Passes 2nd Reading, Commend Ise-Idehen

Residents of Oregbeni erupts in joy as a bill on the establishment of a Federal University of Agriculture at Oregbeni, Ikpoba-Okha, Edo State (Establishment) Bill, 2021 (HB1698) passed its 2nd reading.

The laudable bill was sponsored by the lawmaker representing Egor/Ikpoba Okha Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Hon Jude Ise-Idehen.

According to the residents, the amiable legislator has always been a grade-A representative since his resumption as a member of the green chambers.

An overexcited resident who claims to be a retired senior lecturer at the University of Benin, Mr Osadolor Imasogie said it was a laudable initiative that would among other benefits put the Nation back on growing its potential as an Agriculurtutal giant globally.

He commended the lawmaker for his distinguished representation and thanked the house for giving due attention to the pressing bill.

Another resident said this bill sponsored by Jude Ise-Idehen would bring accelerated development to Orgebeni community if eventually passed and established.
