However, Enabulele stressed the importance of confronting these difficulties with a positive spirit, urging people to reject feelings of hopelessness and embrace unity.

“We have a choice: to surrender to despair or to rise above it as Nigerians have always done. It is within us, the people of Nigeria, to take control of our future and pave the way to a better tomorrow,” he said.

Enabulele expressed his confidence in the nation’s enduring resilience, a trait that will undoubtedly carry Nigerians through 2025. He further shared that the Dr. Osahon Enabulele Foundation is kicking off the year with a national colloquium in Benin City on January 29, focused on addressing leadership challenges, electoral processes, and health rights for Nigerians.

The foundation plans to explore critical issues such as ensuring universal access to healthcare and promoting effective leadership recruitment in the country. Enabulele emphasized the need to harness Nigeria’s abundant resources—both human and natural—in a coordinated manner to drive positive change.

In his concluding remarks, he urged Nigerians to shift their focus from complaints to actionable solutions. “It’s time to stop lamenting and start acting. Let 2025 be a year of progress, action, and a return to the values of integrity and responsibility that will produce the leadership and governance our nation deserves.”
