A video that captures the moment ARISE TV Chairman, Nduka Obaigbena, mocking the Governor of Rivers state, Nyesom Wike has surfaced on social media.
Nduka Obaigbena is the founder of THISDAY and ARISE TV
The incident happened at a gathering with Sokoto state governor, Aminu Tambuwal.

In the video, Obaigbena was seated with governor Tambuwal and others at the funeral of his mum in Delta state and could be heard mocking Wike.
He said, ”Wike Lule” which means Wike failed.
“Lule” is a word in Yoruba which means “fallen or failed”
His comment led to all those around him to laugh out loud.
