BREAKING: Court Delivers Heavy Ruling In APM Suit Seeking Obi’s Disqualification
The Court of Appeal in Abuja has dismissed a suit filed by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) seeking to disqualify Peter Obi as the Labour Party’s presidential candidate (LP).

In her decision, the President of the Court, Justice Monica Dongban-Mensan, stated that the appeal lacked merit and that APM lacked the legal right to file the suit.
The appellate court also awarded N200,000 in costs to the Labour Party and Peter Obi, the suit’s second and third respondents.
