2023 Presidential Election: See Rivers Final Result

Ahmed Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, has won the presidential election in Rivers State with a total of 231,591 votes.

Tinubu defeated Labour Party Presidential Candidate Peter Obi, who received 175,071 votes. PDP Presidential Candidate Atiku Abubakar finished third with 88,468 votes.

Tinubu won in 15 of the State’s 23 local government areas, while Obi won in only 5 of them.

Atiku won three local government areas.

Among the local government areas won by the APC are Ikwerre, the LGA of former Transportation Minister Rotimi Amaechi, and Obio Akpor, the LGA of Governor Nyesom Wike.

Opobo/Nkoro, Asari-Toru, Abua-Odual, Bonny, Omuma, Gokana, Emuoha, Eleme, Tai, Akuku-Toru.l, Eleme, Oyigbo, Degema, and Emuoha are the other LGAs won by the APC.

The Labour Party won the local government areas of Bonny, Ahoada West, Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni, Port Harcourt City, and Etche, while the PDP won three LGAs: Andoni, Okrika, and Ogu/Bolo.
