BREAKING: Panic In Abia As Over 50 Decomposing Bodies, More Than 20 Headless Bodies And Numerous Human Skeletons Found In LGA (DETAILS)
The Abia State Government has made a grim discovery of over 50 decomposing bodies, more than 20 headless bodies, and numerous human skeletons in the vicinity of the Lokpanta Cattle Market, situated in the Umunneochi Local Government Area of the state.

Governor Otti explained that due to concerns of illicit activities such as prostitution and drug trafficking in and around the Lokpanta Cattle Market, a recent operation led to the demolition of certain brothels in Umunneochi.
He announced that the Lokpanta market will now operate daily, from 6 am to 6 pm, transforming into a general market where designated sections will be allocated to both cattle traders and other businesses.
Governor Otti also disclosed that his administration intends to secure the market by installing fencing for enhanced safety.
He pointed out that the Lokpanta area had gained notoriety for incidents of kidnapping and armed robbery, prompting his administration’s decision to convert the market into a daily operation.
While acknowledging initial misunderstandings surrounding the policy, Governor Otti stated that after discussions with the market’s leadership, there was mutual agreement on the government’s stance for the collective benefit of all.
Otti said, “We are single-minded about rooting out insecurity in Abia State because we know that no government can succeed in the face of insecurity, violence, armed and kidnapping.”
The governor said that gadgets would be deployed at strategic places to ensure the security of lives and property in the state. He added that his administration is poised to ensure Abians enjoy a great Christmas this year, saying, “This government will not get involved in supporting insecurity. Our devices will be installed in strategic places.”
When addressing reporters’ inquiries, the governor explained that his administration is employing a distinct strategy to ensure the release of the detained leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu. He further stated that this approach is not suitable for public disclosure.
“I believe in result rather than media hype. We do not want the media noise. We are working very hard to ensure his release and the truth of the matter is that it’s not the present government that incarcerated Nnamdi Kanu. My personal position is that the new government does not need to inherit wrong thing of the previous administration.”
The governor conveyed confidence that his approach will produce the desired outcome. He emphasized that the public will be informed about it only after the intended result has been achieved.
