In A Show Of Solidarity, Kwankwaso Consoles Governor Otti After Onu’s Death
Former Kano State Governor and presidential candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, visited Governor Alex Otti of Abia State at his home in Nvosi, Isiala Ngwa South Local Government Area, on Saturday. The purpose of the…CONTINUE READING…
visit was to offer condolences to Governor Otti following the passing of former Abia Governor, Ogbonnaya Onu.
Kwankwaso, accompanied by several close associates, was warmly welcomed by Otti. The visit also coincided with a special reception for 15 Abia indigenes who recently graduated from the 6th Regular Course of the Nigeria Police Academy in Kano and were officially commissioned into the Nigeria Police Force.
While addressing the new police graduates, Kwankwaso urged them to uphold professionalism and integrity, emphasizing the importance of serving with a sense of duty and reverence for God.
Governor Otti, in his remarks, congratulated the graduates and urged them to represent Abia State with distinction while avoiding unprofessional conduct. He also expressed gratitude to Kwankwaso for his thoughtful visit, praising him as a dedicated and patriotic Nigerian.
On behalf of the graduates, ASP Ochiabuto Uche Ejike, the leader of the group, assured that they would maintain the reputation of the Nigeria Police Force, represent Abia State honorably, and thanked Governor Otti for his support and recognition.
