*Threaten Class Action to get Damages from Edo State Government and Heartland.

Residents of Osadiaye Street off Reuben Agho Street, GRA, Benin City has deprecated the state of the construction work by Heartland Construction and the Edo State Government on their road, which has made their houses to be flooded and their road marshy.

The Residents lamented the poor state of work on their road saying the construction was meant to repair and is now causing destruction thereby making development on the reverse.

They called on the Edo State Government to call the construction company and their Supervisors NEW MAP to order, as life has become unbearable for them, due to the reprehensible manner of the construction.

One of the Residents who does want to be named for strategic reasons said

“This is destruction, not construction. We are putting heads together to go to Court to get damages against this nuisance being caused on us .Our Lawyer has contacted them and has intimated them of this development.There must be consequences, following the due process of Law.Cause follow events “.
