Exclusive: More Time To Apply! FG Shifts Civil Service Recruitment Deadline (See Date)

Initially announced on January 27, 2025, the recruitment drive aimed to fill over 70 positions across various ministries, departments, and agencies. However, technical challenges faced by many applicants led to calls for an extension.

In response, the Federal Civil Service Commission (FCSC) confirmed the extension in a notice published in national newspapers on Monday. FCSC spokesperson Hassan Taiwo assured that while some applicants successfully registered, the extension would allow more eligible candidates to participate.

The Commission reaffirmed its commitment to a transparent, merit-driven recruitment process, urging qualified Nigerians to take advantage of the extended deadline.
