None Of My Exes Is A Paedophile” – Nkechi Blessing Fires Back At Critics
Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday has responded strongly to critics who condemned her reaction to the recent marriage and child announcement made by convicted actor Olanrewaju Omiyinka, popularly known as Baba Ijesha.
According to media reports, Baba Ijesha took to Instagram on Monday to announce the birth of his son with fashion designer Abiodun Folashade Tokunbo, widely known as CEO Luminee. The announcement quickly generated widespread reactions across social media, with some users congratulating the couple while others expressed surprise, considering the actor regained his freedom on November 14, 2025.
Reacting to the announcement on CEO Luminee’s Instagram page, Nkechi Blessing questioned whether she was expected to offer congratulations. She later shared a video expressing disbelief over the development, jokingly wondering if the photos and videos circulating online had been created using Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Her comments sparked criticism from social media users, many of whom accused the actress of being judgmental and pointed to her previous relationships, alleging that she had frequently changed partners.
In response, Blessing defended herself through a post on her Instagram page, acknowledging that she had dated several men but insisting that none of her former partners had ever been associated with paedophilia allegations.
“I indeed have dated men, but at least none of them could be said to be a pedophile,” she wrote, firmly rejecting the comparisons made by her critics.
