According to Ireporter Online, the management of veteran Fuji musician Kollington Ayinla has firmly dismissed viral reports claiming that the music icon had passed away, describing the claims as entirely false and misleading.

In a statement released on behalf of the family by Shamsudeen Ilori, the management said the rumour was deliberately fabricated by individuals seeking attention and online engagement. It stressed that the Fuji legend remains alive, healthy, and in good spirits, currently spending time with close family members and associates while continuing to inspire through his music and wisdom.

The statement further condemned the spread of such false death reports, calling it a reckless and disrespectful act aimed at causing panic among fans, relatives, and industry stakeholders. It emphasized that the misinformation had no basis in truth and should be disregarded by the public.

Reaffirming the singer’s wellbeing, the management warned that legal action would be taken against anyone responsible for creating or circulating the false narrative. It noted that spreading such rumours is not only irresponsible but also an attack on the dignity of a living legend.
