Engineer Moses Omo-Ikirodah has joined family, friends and political associates of the Deputy Governor of Edo State, His Excellency, Hon Philip Shaibu to felicitate with him on his birthday anniversary.
The Edo State politician acknowledged the role the Deputy Governor has played in strengthening democracy saying he is a Quintessential leader who has continued to attract
