2021: Egor Residents Hail Hon Jude Ise-Idehen Over Sterling Performance, Ask For More Empowerment Programs

The residents in Egor District of Egor/Ikpoba Okha Federal Constituency have showered praises on their lawmaker representing the constituency at the National Assembly, Hon Jude Ise-Idehen for his sterling performance in 2021.

Scores of residents who spoke with reporters appealed to the Federal Legislator to commit himself to more service delivery in the new year praying God grants him good health and more wisdom to pilot his responsibilities to the glory of all.

The residents, mostly community leaders, market women and the youth disclosed that Hon Jude Ise-Idehen has performed extremely well and believe he will do even much better this year.

Others hailed Idehen on his unique empowerment schemes which they said is unprecedented in the history of Egor/Ikpoba Okha Federal Constituency.

Last year Hon Jude Ise-Idehen did a lot as regards the provision of transformers, construction of public schools, supply of educational materials, various unique empowerment schemes on craftsmen, health care, water etc.

Many of his projects are completed whereas others are ongoing, according to Osaro Osarentin residing at Ojo Street off Uwasota he noted that unlike in the past, they were now convinced that the government was poised to live up to its responsibility of providing for its citizens.

He said that not only is Hon Idehen pro-active, but the lawmaker is sincere and committed to the discharge of his responsibilities.

Egor/Ikpoba Okha Federal Constituency witnessed some massive projects and various empowerment drives courtesy of the Federal Lawmaker in the year 2021.

Notable areas captured were the continuous distribution of transformers across communities, provision of solar-powered street lights, organisation of football tournaments amongst youths, Eyecare clinics and surgeries for those suffering eye ailments, construction of schools, conflict resolution, ICT and Entrepreneurship, craftmanship, expository workshop/training on various skills acquisitions etc.

According to another resident in Egor, Pa Eromosele, he described the lawmaker as a political leader who has constantly devoted his time, energy and resources with a strong desire to develop Egor/Ikpoba Okha to an enviable standard across other constituencies nationwide.

” The laudable achievement of Idehen goes beyond his political ambition and reflects the sense of purpose and love exhibited for the development of his constituency especially in the area of education, healthcare and youth empowerment”
