26-Year-Old Wins Assembly Seat
Rasheed Kashamu, son of late Senator Buruji Kashamu, has been declared the winner of the Ijebu North Constituency 1 House of Assembly election.
He received 10,004 votes to defeat the incumbent member of the Ogun State House of Assembly from the ruling All Progressives Congress, Hon. Sylvester ‘Niyi Abiodun (APC).
Kashamu graduated from Brunel University in London with a B.Sc in International Business and Management. He also holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Surrey in International Finance and Investment.
