Abigail Kanu: Nollywood Is A Platform For Growth And Creativity
Actress and film producer Abigail Chinemema Kanu has described the Nigerian film industry as a space abundant with opportunities.
In a recent interview, the Whisper of the Heart producer emphasized that Nollywood is not solely a realm of challenges and negativity, as some may believe. She noted that the industry has provided numerous avenues for creativity and has created employment for both Nigerians and non-Nigerians alike.
Kanu also shared insights into her own journey in Nollywood, revealing that she became actively involved in the industry in 2017. Since then, she has acted in and produced over 76 films, reflecting her commitment and contribution to the growth of the sector.
