The late actor, who met an untimely demise last July at the age of 25 due to an accidental overdose, is now facing posthumous legal challenges, as revealed in court documents obtained by The Blast.

Angus Cloud’s former assistant claims they are owed a substantial sum of $310,000 for their services rendered between September 2021 and July 2023. This includes unpaid wages totaling $115,000 and outstanding commissions amounting to $80,000, based on 10 percent of Cloud’s income.

The legal filing sheds light on the assistant’s concerns over Cloud’s substance abuse struggles, as evidenced by a text message exchange with the late actor’s mother, Lisa Cloud. Despite promises of payment, Cloud allegedly admitted to having no money to fulfill his financial obligations.

This lawsuit adds to the growing list of legal woes faced by Cloud’s estate since his passing. Previously, Verizon Wireless filed a creditor’s claim alleging a debt of over $4,000, while Cloud’s former manager, Diomi Cordero, lodged a lawsuit seeking almost $95,000 in unpaid commissions.

Amidst these legal battles, Lisa Cloud, the late actor’s mother, seeks to navigate his estate, estimated to be worth around $1,000,000.
