Omokri Makes Huge Revelation On Igbo, Advises Tinubu

omokri

Reno Omokri, a former Special Assistant on New Media to former President Goodluck Jonathan, has suggested that President Bola Tinubu should study the Igbo apprenticeship model as a means to improve the Nigerian economy.

Omokri made this recommendation in a post on his Twitter account, comparing the Igbo apprenticeship model to the South Korean chaebol business model.

According to Omokri, the Igbo apprenticeship model is a successful informal business model that has produced numerous wealthy individuals.

In this model, Igbo traders and merchants take on apprentices who learn from them and eventually establish their own businesses with financial support and guidance from their masters.

Omokri believes that if this model were adopted nationwide, it could significantly reduce unemployment in Nigeria and contribute to economic growth.

Omokri also suggests that the government should engage representatives from entrepreneurial hotspots such as Alaba, Onitsha, and Aba to discuss how to expand the Igbo apprenticeship model to other parts of the country.

He emphasizes the importance of learning from the success of the Igbo business community and suggests appointing a trader familiar with this model as a minister to lead economic and financial initiatives.

Omokri believes that a homegrown economic approach tailored to Nigeria’s unique circumstances would be more effective than relying on borrowed money and ideas.

He encourages the government to prioritize practical knowledge and expertise in wealth creation when appointing ministers.
