According to reports, DJ Timmy made the claim in a post shared on his Instagram page, where he alleged that Timi Dakolo had previously appealed to him to archive an earlier post concerning the issue. However, the DJ claimed that despite the request, the alleged debt had remained unsettled for about a month.

DJ Timmy stated that the period since the singer’s appeal had reached exactly one month, expressing frustration that payment had reportedly not been made.

He further warned that if the money was not paid into his account by the deadline he mentioned, he would reveal what he described as private information about the singer’s personal activities.

“If by Monday 20th the money doesn’t hit our account, get ready to explain your personal matters and all your adventures in Lagos,” he wrote in the post.

The disc jockey added that he was no longer willing to remain silent over the alleged financial dispute and insisted that the matter should be resolved before the deadline.

The allegations have since sparked reactions across social media, with Nigerians expressing different views over the claims and the warning issued by DJ Timmy. While some users called for the matter to be handled privately, others debated the seriousness of the accusations made online.
