Primate Ayodele Sends Strong Warning To Obi, Atiku, Tinubu Ahead Of February 25 Election

Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has issued new warnings to Nigeria’s leading presidential candidates, Peter Obi, Atiku Abubakar, and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The fiery cleric spoke about the issues they will face before the election in a statement signed Sunday by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, and how they will overcome the challenges.

Primate Ayodele advised Peter Obi to focus more on the North and educate his supporters about PVC collection because most of the youths will be unable to vote for him. He explained that some old politicians will support him, but if he gets carried away by the crowd and fails to ensure they receive PVC, he will have problems.

‘’Peter Obi still needs to work well in the Northern area, he should not be carried away by the crowd. He will gain the support of old politicians towards the election but some in the business world will work against him. Majority of the youths clamouring for him will not come out to vote, he should still work very well on those that have PVC and can vote for him. Let him sensitise them well on the PVC otherwise not all the youths following him will vote for him.’’

Primate Ayodele stated that the PDP’s candidate, Abubakar Atiku, will be supported by northern elders but will be marred by scandals.

‘’Atiku will still be rocked by blackmailing. He must do final touches so he won’t be disappointed by people he trusts so much. The northern elders will support him for the election.’’

Speaking of the APC’s candidate, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Primate Ayodele stated that his ambition will divide the cabals in the current administration and that his ambition will be resisted in the North, South-East, and South-South regions of the State. He did, however, encourage him to work hard.

‘’The cabals will be divided because of Tinubu, there is still so much for him to do because his chances will be fought in the North, South-East and South-South. He should still work very hard. Emirs will give him support.’’

Furthermore, Primate Ayodele urged Nigerians to place the election in the hands of God because there could be a crisis after the winner is announced. He stated that INEC’s credibility would be called into question and that the country should pray for peace.

‘’Let us commit the election in prayers, no one will want to believe in INEC, if anybody wins among these candidates there will still be problems. We need to take care and commit the election in God’s end so we can see peace.’’
