As a sports enthusiast, Mark hailed their triumph over South Africa’s Bafana Bafana in the semi-final on Wednesday as a moment of pride for Nigeria, emphasizing the need for the team to maintain their winning momentum in Ivory Coast.
In a statement released to the press on Friday, the former Senate President expressed delight in the Super Eagles’ sensational victory over South Africa, describing it as a hard-earned triumph that should not be taken lightly.
“We are proud of your journey so far. The upcoming final is the ultimate test. Aim for gold and bring the trophy home,” Mark emphasized.
