Gavin Bathurst-Shaw-Binning, 46, was found to be driving his silver BMW 125 erratically on the M3 motorway, fueled by a combination of cocaine, cannabis, and alcohol. He exhibited reckless behavior, viewing himself as an enforcer of good driving and targeting vehicles he perceived as being driven poorly during a 30-mile spree of destruction.

Witnesses recounted the chaos Bathurst-Shaw-Binning caused, describing how he aggressively crashed into multiple vehicles, causing significant damage and endangering lives. Despite the pandemonium he created, Bathurst-Shaw-Binning showed no remorse and even celebrated his actions with triumphant gestures.

One of his victims, a mother of three, described the terrifying ordeal of being repeatedly rammed by Bathurst-Shaw-Binning’s BMW, forcing her to take evasive action to avoid a potentially fatal collision.

During the court proceedings, Bathurst-Shaw-Binning expressed remorse for his actions, attributing his behavior to a momentary lapse in judgment. He pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including dangerous driving and causing criminal damage by reckless driving.
