VDM had shared a video showing Portable hitting a man in a toilet and condemned the singer’s actions, urging him to stop attacking people. In response, Portable posted a fiery video on Instagram, threatening VDM and daring him to investigate his reputation in Abuja.

Portable said, “Online madness is different from real life madness. I’ll bend you, I’ll mend you, I’ll cripple you. I’m a one-man battalion. If I catch you… You’re using Abuja to threaten me? Go ask about me in Maraba Nyanya, use Babangida market, and ask about Lagos boy.”

He further explained what led to the altercation, claiming the man had taken money for several of his shows and disappeared for six months. Portable added, “We fought man to man. That guy collected money for my shows. Is he my manager?”
