Offset Seeks Spousal Support from Cardi B Amid Divorce Proceedings
Popular American rapper Offset has formally requested spousal support from his estranged wife, Cardi B, as part of their ongoing divorce proceedings.
According to DAILY POST, Cardi B initiated divorce proceedings against Offset in August 2024, citing ‘irreconcilable differences’ between them.
Offset responded to the divorce petition in February 2025, seeking joint custody of their three children and proposing that Cardi B’s residence serve as the primary home for the kids.
In a recent update to his court filings, Offset added a request for spousal support from Cardi B as part of the settlement agreement.
Reports from TMZ indicate that while Offset did not specify the exact amount of spousal support sought, he urged the court to fairly allocate legal fees between both parties.
The couple, widely recognized as a hip-hop power duo, secretly married in 2017.
